New Cloth, New Wine, and the Arrival of a Kingdom

February 18, 2024 | Lynette Sanchez

Jesus doesn't get far in his ministry before he faces opposition as he announces the arrival of the Kingdom of God. Through time spent teaching, healing, and feasting, Jesus demonstrates his authority. And though many are amazed by him, his radical welcome of those cast out by the Pharisees quickly causes tension and trouble. The crowds and rulers alike will have to decide who this man is.
